Trading Terms
Dough Queen (DQ) supplies goods on a wholesale basis to selected retailers (Customers) who are buying goods on a regular basis. All goods remain the property of DQ until fully paid for, this includes any promotional materials, signs, stands, etc provided free of charge to the Customer.

Wholesale Pricing
DQ agrees to sell at the wholesale price specified in the current wholesale pricing list. The prices are exclusive of GST, shipping, customs duties and are in New Zealand dollars. Retail promotions and codes cannot be used for wholesale. Prices may change from time to time.

Payment Terms
All wholesale orders require a completed order form and payment in advance (pro-forma). Delivery will not be made until the invoice has been paid in full.

Payment Methods
Payments may be made by bank transfer only.

Delivery
Orders aim to be fulfilled (excluding transit time) within 7 calendar days. All goods ordered are subject to availability and are packed and shipped at the Customer’s expense. DQ will contact the Customer if there are any unexpected delays or back-orders exceeding 5 working days. If you have any issues with our courier service please contact us as soon as possible.

Guarantee and Best Before Dates
We guarantee our play dough products will last in their original state for 5 calendar months from its production date. The product must have been cared for and stored sealed in its packaging in a dry, clean environment at room temperature. Care should have been taken not to expose the product to excessive sunlight (such as in shop windows).

Returns/Exchanges
Wholesale product may not be returned or exchanged unless damaged. All products are inspected before packaging. Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Please contact us at doughqueen@outlook.com with 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective orders. Returned merchandise may be replaced with new merchandise or full refund at Dough Queens discretion. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

Risk and Liability
The Customer will take responsibility and liability of goods supplied from the moment of delivery with no recourse to DQ.

Exclusivity
Although care is taken, DQ cannot guarantee exclusivity of DQ products for your store location.

Branding
DQ branded products are supplied to you for resale under the DQ branding and cannot be rebranded.

Reselling
DQ products cannot be sold by Customers on seller hubs such as TradeMe, Ebay, Amazon, Aliexpress, Grab One, etc.
