Thank you for shopping with Dough Queen. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing this website or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
All prices on the website are in New Zealand dollars. Prices may change without prior notice.
Product Listing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. Dough Queen has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. If payment has been made for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit or refund your payment.
We need to receive the payment in full for the order before it can be dispatched. Normally your bank payments and deposits will show on our account the next working day. However it can take longer depending on your bank’s processing times.
Please ensure when making your bank payment that you include your customer order number as the reference. Failure to do so may result in delays in dispatch of your order or your account reconciliation.
Every effort will be made to fulfill orders placed with Dough Queen, but we shall not be liable to any person if Dough Queen declines to supply product for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to decline orders without disclosing the reason behind that action.
Dough Queen shall not be liable for failure to deliver on expected time.
Please note that delivery charges are automatically detected by our system. However in rare cases the delivery charge may be wrong or may not appear. We reserve the right to correct the delivery fee. If this happens we will contact you to confirm the new delivery charge.
If you have any issues with our courier service please contact us as soon as possible.
Guarantee and Best Before Dates
We guarantee our product will last in its original state for 5 calendar months (as noted on the packet) from its production date. The product must have been cared for and stored sealed in its packaging in a dry, clean environment at room temperature. If you have a faulty item or are not satisfied with the products you receive from Dough Queen please contact us.
If you wish to return your purchase you can within 14 calendar days and we will send you replacements or a refund. All packaging must be fully intact and untampered with.
Once we have received and reviewed your returned items, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you are eligible for a refund we will confirm with you and you should receive your refund within 2 working days.
