This activity is great for all ages. For younger children use items that are easy to hold and can’t be swallowed. With older children get them to search out things that they think will make great stamps.
You’ll Need:
- Dough Queen Play Dough
- Rolling Pin
- Various Items – we used a potato masher, whisks, strainer spoon, pastry cutter, sieve, citrus juicer, biscuit cutters, butter knife, plastic bottle, safety scissors, keys, shell, comb, deodorant bottle, buttons, coins and old stamps.

| Take each item and press firmly into the dough, what shape does it make? Safety Scissors are a great way to get kids to practice their cutting technique. |

| Clean Up: Don’t worry if dough gets on your items, just give them a rinse with water and the dough will dissolve away. |
